When We See Us: Perspectives with Teshome Wondimu

Today, festival director and entrepreneur Teshome Wondimu walks us through the paintings that have resonated with him in the When We See Us exhibition at Liljevalchs. Here, he reflects on global solidarity and contemporary depictions of service.

In this series of reels, Southnord has invited some of the role models in our Afro-Swedish community to share their thoughts about the works that resonate with them the most in the exhibition. These reels will be published throughout the course of the show until it closes on 30 August 2026.
